We accept cases on a contingency fee, which means there is no fee unless and until we win. Other attorneys, who work on an hourly fee basis, are paid a fee even if their client loses. We are paid a fee only if our client wins. This means our interests and our clients’ interests are perfectly aligned: winning, and winning big.
Our Representation Agreement is in writing and it clearly and simply explains how the fee is calculated. At the end of the case, we provide a full written account of the amount recovered, the costs advanced, the fee, and the amount paid to you.
